About Sensio
Sensio is a Norwegian care technology company on an ambitious growth journey, with an expanding international footprint across Europe. We build technology that improves the lives of vulnerable people and supports the professionals who care for them. Our solutions support care homes, hospitals and home care providers, helping staff detect risk, respond faster and reduce unnecessary interruptions for residents, patients and healthcare professionals.
We are scaling fast, both organically and through new market acquisitions. As we grow, we're building a performance-driven culture that combines high ambitions with genuine care for our people, and we're looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to help shape that culture as we scale.
We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, service-minded HR professional to join us, working broadly across HR administration, leader support, and the development of our HR processes.
About the role
As HR Business Partner, you'll play a key part in our day-to-day HR operations, while also contributing to HR initiatives across our growing international organization. You'll work closely with leaders and colleagues both locally and across our markets, acting as a trusted advisor as we continue to scale. The HR Business Partner reports to our Chief People Officer, who joins Sensio in October 2026.
The HR Business Partners area of responsibility will include:
Managing and further developing on- and offboarding processes

Maintaining and developing our employee handbooks
Producing HR analysis and reporting for management
Monitoring and advising on new legal requirements, both nationally and internationally
Contributing to the roll-out of shared HR systems, processes, and policies across our markets
Supporting the HR integration of newly acquired companies as part of our growth strategy
Exploring how AI and digital tools can improve and streamline our HR processes

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, e.g. as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English

Strong digital competence – you are comfortable with HR technology, data-driven tools, and digital ways of working
Experience supporting an international or growing organization is an advantage
Experience from tech, SaaS, or health-tech environments, or from scale-up companies, is considered a plus
Curiosity about using AI to improve and streamline HR processes is an advantage
About you
Structured, independent, and confident in your role
