Sensio is seeking a dynamic Lead Frontend Developer to spearhead the development of our frontend initiatives. As the first dedicated frontend developer at Sensio, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead the frontend development strategy, potentially building a new frontend team from the ground up. Your primary focus will be on building a new welfare portal for web, where you will have the freedom to make strategic decisions and technology choices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the development of frontend initiatives, with a focus on building a new welfare portal for web.
- Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for frontend development.
- Collaborate closely in cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly frontend solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the frontend domain.
- Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and trends, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
- Act as the go-to person for strategic decisions and technical choices related to frontend development.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in frontend development, with proficiency in React.
- Strong expertise in a variety of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries.
- Proven track record of leading frontend development projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for innovation and technology, and a keen interest in the healthcare sector.
